Commercial Terms/Rate: £50 OTE
The Role
The Business Development Executive has primary responsibility for driving new business revenue and client acquisition within the SME (small-medium sized enterprise) market. The Business Development Executive will build a solid pipeline of new opportunities by working within a defined prospect base.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Overall ownership of driving revenue through a defined sector in the SME market
- Prospect, cold call, book meetings and identifying opportunities within the assigned sector
- Meeting with executives including finance director, facilities director and HR director, as well as other senior executives across functional areas and business units.
- Assisting in the definition and execution of a lead generation and sales plan
- Differentiating and positioning value proposition vs. competition
- Close business either in person or other the phone
