CMM PROGRAMMER

QUALIFICATIONS: At least four years experience in the following: CMM Programming on and off-line, SPC applications and monitoring, R&R Measurement Systems Analysis and automotive inspection methods utilizing drawings and GD&T. Knowledgable using computer software to create spreadsheets. Good communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Comply with Anchor Principles and Guidelines, as well as Anchor policies and procedures.

CMM on and off-line programming and operations as required for product launching, PPAP, Tool Development and Production Problem Solving.

Provide technical reports to support PPAP, annual layouts, SPC, continuous improvement and other activities as required.

Interact with customers regarding measurements.

Conduct part certification layouts using manual instruments and CMM inspection methods.
