Head of Programme Governance

My client, a world leader in their field, are looking for a strong Head of Governance. Reporting into the Change Management Director, you will be responsible for defining, developing and executing a Governance framework for their Strategic Change Programme.

This Programme is looking to transform their entire operation, so you will be working with senior stakeholders from all business units, and will need a proven track record of:

*Implementing Governance framework models in transformational projects
*Commercial awareness with a focus on People, Processes and Task and alignment of this with the business policies.
*Acting as an interface to the business with a lot of business acumen but ability to understand and work with the IT Governance role to ensure alignment.
