This home is situated in 60 acres of grounds. The place is stunning! It's in a beautiful location where you feel you have arrived in style! The company have a very good name and this Home really does itself proud. They have 30 beds and it is considered as a residential home.
They need a Home Manager/RGN to push the home forward. They are keen to have the right person at the helm and will pay well to attract only the best. It's a bit off the beaten track, so ideally you will need some form of transportation.
Should you be seeking something really to get your teeth into and work for a boss that will really appreciate and value what you bring to the table - then look no further.
The ideal candidate:
They are looking for a Home Manager with a solid track record. You must have senior level in a care related field. Be experienced in supervising staff, appraising and training/coaching skills.
