Our client handles the replication of CDs, DVDs, USB memory sticks, and associated packaging. They provide a service that is reliable, economical, and fast. An opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Manager/Sales Team Manager to join their team.

This is a unique opportunity for a B2B sales professional with management experience to develop their career within an innovative company.

As the Internal Sales Manager/Sales Team Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of five sales executives, as well as selling the company's replication services.

Working with new and warm leads, you will be required to deal with a wide range of customers. From local bands or small businesses looking to buy a low volume run of 500, to large corporations requiring hundreds of thousands, such as the BBC and Disney.

Your duties will include:
- Day to day management of the sales team
- Motivating the team and ensuring their targets and KPIs are met
- Training the sales team

To be considered, you will need experience of managing a sales team. You will also need a proven track record of business to business (B2B) sales.
