Specific Responsibilities

• Management responsibility for the Regulatory Affairs Department.
• Reporting to the Senior Management Team.
• Ensuring that a company's products comply with current requirements.
• Maintaining knowledge of current national legislation guidelines and knowledge of Pharmacovigilance.
• Keeping up to date with the relevant aspects of the company's product range.
• Manage the preparation of licence renewals.
• Liaise with the regulatory authorities as required.
• Reviewing and writing, accessible product labels and patient information leaflets.
• Advising staff on new and changing regulatory requirements.
• Advising relevant colleagues involved with the development of new products.
• Maintain and implement all required standard department operating procedures.
• Liaise with external resources for some aspects of Regulatory work.
• Support Site Operation and Product Development activities.

The ideal candidate will also have a minimum 3 years experience in a specific compliance area and experience in a related role is required. Qualified person status is preferred, but not essential.
