We offer no warranty that See My CV website will be error free, or that connectivity will be always available.

RECRUITERS - You agree that the purpose of this website is to find potential job candidates, via their registered CVs and that you will not use the CVs and information for other purposes.

JOBSEEKERS - You agree that the purpose of this website is to help you find a new job and by registering your CV you are giving permission for it to be posted on this website for potential employers to view and make contact with you.

All individuals are responsible for ensuring that you maintain the confidentiality of any password used by you and you must not permit any third party to use the website with your password.

By registering with the website, and/or making a purchase on the website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any updates to the terms and conditions that may be posted to the website if you continue to use the service thereafter.

You agree to be bound by all applicable laws and regulations that apply to your use of the website and the service.

Registration with the website does not constitute an agreement from us to offer any service. Prices for services are those displayed on the website at the time of payment.

If we change our Privacy Policy you will be notified 30 days in advance.

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If any clause is found to be unenforceable that part shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of the parties and such unenforceability does not invalidate any other clause or any other part of this agreement.

You agree that See My CV has the right to assign this Agreement.

See My CV is a trading name of Incantation Media Limited.

Ordering

By using this website you are confirming that you are the authorised debit / credit cardholder, or have the permission of the cardholder.

All sales are conducted in Pounds Sterling (�).

Price and availability is subject to change without notice.

See My CV has the right to refuse a sale for any reason whatsoever.

You will be sent a confirmation of your order and also an transaction reference number, which you will need if you contact us.

Card Payments

Your card payment will be processed by the Netbanx secure server (www.Netbanx.com) and then will be sent to us for the order to be fulfilled.

You will receive an email from Netbanx informing you of the transaction and you will also be sent an e-mail invoice/confirmation from us giving your order number.

Keep this e-mail for future reference; in the unlikely event of a complaint, you will need the order number that we provide you with.

Your credit card details will be housed on a page at Netbanx security server. None of your card details will be kept at See My CV.

Your contact details will only be used for administration and updating purposes. None of your details will be supplied to third parties.

If you choose to take up See My CV membership then you will be entitled to future news and we will keep you updated of any changes to the service list.

If at any time you wish to unsubscribe from the list then simply reply to one of our updates with 'unsubscribe' in the e-mail.

Delivery Time and Process

All orders will be processed immediately upon clearance of your payment. The CVs you have requested with be sent via email to your chosen account.

See My CV will endeavour to send the CVs immediately upon clearance of your payment, however See My CV is not liable if email delivery is delayed or not received.

In the event of a CV not being received, please contact See My CV immediately, with your transaction reference number, and your transaction will be traced and rectified.

Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds will be given at the discretion of See My CV.

Upon purchasing a CV, if you are unable to contact the candidate due to incomplete contact information within their CV, please inform See My CV immediately. See My CV will endeavour to complete the contact details and if they are unable to will provide a discretionary refund.

See My CV is not responsible for possible errors on the site, nor is it responsible for the content of the CV's posted on the website and cannot be held liable for order cancellations or refunds on this basis.

See My CV cannot be held responsible for incomplete transactions or computer or Internet failure.
